All cameras purchased from Conns Cameras come with unlimited free dry dust sensor cleaning (normally €50) for the life of the camera, plus we offer one free wet dust sensor cleaning (normally €100). We have our own fully trained in-store technicians who can perform dry or wet sensor cleaning of DSLR and Mirrorless cameras on request. We will be able to provide you a full assessment of the amount of cleaning required before you leave the camera with us, and can usually fully clean the sensor for you in as little as 1 hour.

If your camera needs to go away for a repair for any reason within the first 2 years, we offer a free loan model for the duration of the repair. For cameras over 2 years old we offer sharply discounted rates on replacement hire camera, only charging a 3 day rate for the duration of the repair. (equipment provided is usually the same model as that which is in for repair, subject to availability). See a breakdown of our rates here.
