Designed to prevent stray light from entering the lens in order to keep unwanted glare from affecting your photographs.

This EW-63C lens hood prevents flare and ghosting, caused by stray light entering the lens which is useful when shooting into the light. The lens hood also helps to protect the lens’ front element from accidental damage.
